LMFT & Sex Therapist

I am a first-generation, Mexican-American, queer millennial woman who values knowledge, love, beauty, hope, and spirituality. My passions include tattoos, heavy metal, and traveling to culturally rich tropical places.

My journey to becoming a sex therapist stems from personal experiences with childhood sexual trauma, hypersexuality, sexual infidelity, and kink.

I aim to challenge heteronormative and patriarchal structures that limit sexual expression and create shame, supporting everyone in accessing their pleasure authentically.

My approach is:

empowered
connected
compassionate

I specialize in working with individuals who have experienced sexual trauma, feel sexual shame, seek greater pleasure, or wish to explore kinks, fetishes, and BDSM.

My approach respects the body's wisdom and its ability to heal, promoting nervous system regulation, compassion, validation, empathy, and attunement.

Consent is the cornerstone of my practice, and I encourage clients to build a stronger connection to their desires by listening to their gut feelings.

I provide a space for clients to heal past wounds, integrate abandoned parts, and expand their authenticity in ways that bring them the most pleasure.

Sex & Trauma

Sexuality is a meaningful aspect of our personality and health. However, unwanted and difficult experiences can create barriers to confidence and fulfillment in our sexual expression.

With your consent, we can explore past experiences, release trauma, and engage in body-based and mindfulness practices to cultivate your sensual, sexual, and erotic landscape. We can move through experiences of shame, anxiety, avoidance, pain, or confusion. I will offer you education and normalize your experiences to lend permission for you to engage with your sexuality in alignment with your values.

Through exploration and awareness, you will cultivate a deeper understanding of yourself and your desires. By gently exploring fears, needs, or shame, you will find the power to express your desires and embrace your sexual expression.

Individual Therapy

In today's fast-paced world, we often experience overwhelm, burnout, and self-doubt. Societal pressures and lack of support can lead us to adopt beliefs of unworthiness or inadequacy as a result.

As a compassionate guide, I provide choices and unwavering support to help you ground, release accumulated trauma, and rewrite stories that no longer serve you.

Through exploration and increased awareness, you will unravel the origins of beliefs and coping mechanisms. You will cultivate a somatic awareness of emotions and learn to compassionately witness them without becoming overwhelmed. By slowly discharging accumulated stress and trauma, you can make new choices aligned with your true self.

The result is profound and lasting transformation characterized by increased empowerment, compassion, and connection. You will navigate life's challenges with a deeper sense of self-compassion, enhanced relationships and navigate systems with greater support.

Couple Therapy

Do you and your partner crave a deeper connection, better communication, and a more fulfilling relationship?

Many couples face challenges in their emotional and sexual connection. Fortunately, sex therapy for relationships can help you better understand why the issue is happening, build better communication skills, and practice mindfulness-based tools to create a more fulfilling love life.

We can work together if you struggle to talk about sex, experience differences in sexual interest, are dissatisfied with the frequency and quality of sex, or would like to increase connection and novelty in your sexual experiences.

Let's explore solutions that work for you and your partner. Together, we can navigate challenges and reignite the spark in your relationship.

I acknowledge that the land on which we gather is the traditional territory of the Coast Salish peoples, including the Duwamish (Dkhw'Duw'Absh) Tribe, Suquamish Tribe, Tulalip Tribes, and Muckleshoot Indian Tribe. This region has long been a place of learning, gathering, and spiritual significance for its original inhabitants. I honor the elders past and present and recognize the ongoing connection of Native peoples to this land.
